SEE AND LEARN ABOUT DISTILLING
In our demonstration distillery, we give a clear explanation of how fine grappa and fruit distillates are made. Right after the fall harvest in particular, you will find our distilling plant running at full capacity.
SELECTED PRODUCTS & FARM SHOP
Our focus is on producing grappa and distillates with fruit from our own fields. You can buy these and other products in the small farm shop during the tours.

Thanks to its quiet, private setting, romantic atmosphere and large rooms, Gut Kaltenburg is perfect for weddings, family celebrations and company parties. Our location right on Lake Kaltern is available year-round for parties with that special flair.
A striking building ensemble with noble origins
In the early 17th century, a nobleman-solicitor arranged for construction of the property along with its vineyard. Over the following centuries, the distinctive South Tyrolean-style buildings bore witness to a wide range of historical events. Since 2020, the old walls have been under careful, gradual renovation, and the property has gained a new purpose.
